Our Data Retention Policies
At Easy To Live, we respect your rights over your personal data. You do not have to delete your entire account if you only want to clear specific database transaction histories.
How we handle requests:
Verification: We will verify your registered phone number and email prior to erasing records.
Backup Databases: Data is deleted from our active database systems immediately. Residual backups are cleared within 30 days.
Regulatory holds: Certain payment invoice history and signed legal agreement files cannot be erased immediately due to statutory financial audit obligations in India.
Granular Options — Select only what you wish to wipe, or choose Delete All Data to request a complete purge.
